Mali: The humanitarian emergency is worsening in highly unstable northern Mali. Despite major security constraints, the ICRC and the Mali Red Cross continue to provide aid. Refugees in neighbouring countries, such as Burkina Faso, Mauritania and Niger, are also receiving assistance.
